Atom Drop-Through LongboardThe Atom Drop-Through longboard is created to allow skaters to get a bit more “lower to the Earth”. Its sleek style makes wheel bite virtually impossible, While the lowered profile allows your more stability while reaching high speeds.

The board deck is made out of 7 layered wood that gives you a good amount of strengh as well as flex. An issue I’ve noticed with most Atoms boards is that their stock gripe tape is very low quality, this doesn’t seem to be an issue with this board.

When first ridding this board around my university campus It was very enjoyable. After some more test rides I did notice that the bearings and wheels are a bit crappy. So I would suggest buying new bearing and wheels at some point if you purchase this board.

I most particularly happy about this longboards down hill performance. I have been able to reach exceptional speeds riding it.

So to sum it all up: I your new to longboarding and want a to try it out this is a great board to buy or even if you just want a cheap longboard to add to your collection. But at the end of the day if you’ve been longboarding for some time now you’ll want to shell out a little bit more money for another longboard.
